This 1937 Piper Cub Special came in for refurbishment.
It had spent part of its life as a float plane, so all fabric covering was removed, the aircraft was disassembled, inspected for corrosion and repaired as required.
The structure was then re-covered and painted. Internally, new upholstery was fitted.
After engine runs and test flights, it finally flew home.
